An Empirical Analysis of Socioeconomic Patterns of Host Country Transparency, International Journal of Business and Economics 6(2): 161-177. (EconLit Listed). In common with N. Tzeremes (2007).

Within the host country environment, the levels of corruption in countries’ institutional structure influence the behavior of foreign-owned subsidiaries. Our empirical results suggest that countries with the ability to reduce the levels of corruption in their institutional structures have common socioeconomic characteristics.
